David is marketer and strategist with over thirty years of strategy, marketing and consulting experience. After working with McKinsey & Company he has held senior roles in leading global brand consultancies as Director of Consulting EMEA for FutureBrand, Managing Partner, EMEA for Vivaldi Partners, and was Senior Partner in London for Lippincott

David has worked with clients in many sectors across Europe, North America, Africa, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific. As well as famous global brands such as BMW, Lego and Nestle, David has worked on brand strategy with Aeroflot, and led the very successful rebranding of the Estonian teleco from Eesti Telefon to Elion.

David is a regular speaker on branding at conferences and in the media, and has written articles for magazines such as Brand Strategy, the McKinsey Quarterly and The Director.

David is Consulting Director for Brand Finance, and also part of the BrandGenius network.

After graduating with MBA degree in marketing and international business, Philippe started his career path in Euro RSCG in Dubai, launching top luxury brands like Ralph Lauren, Helena Rubinstein, and Lanvin perfume and cosmetics n the Middle-East.

After a short mission in Publicis, he then came back to Euro RSCG as an International coordinator for Peugeot, based in Paris and developed his profile to the position of Global Coordination Director. Managing more than 30 agencies in global brand momentum, he achieved significant global revenue increase with innovative business proposals.

As a business unit managing director in the Moscow office of TBWA, Mr. Cassia is now leading a team of more than 50 managers of TBWA\Moscow. With Philippe, TBWA\Moscow won Effies awards and became one of the TOP profitable agencies at a market, resulting 40% growth over last 12 months.

30 years ago I walked into my first job as a 19 year old copywriter in a six person agency above a Chinese restaurant in outer Melbourne, Australia. The clients: local car dealers and real estate agencies. It was here that I learned the value of ideas that do actually move people to action. Fast forward to today: since 2001 I have been privileged to work as a creative leader at Leo Burnett in global HQ in Chicago and since 2010 here in Moscow. Over that time my clients and their brands have truly spanned the globe - from Samsung to Starbucks, from Phillip Morris International to Coca-Cola, . Prior to joining Leo I was luck enough to be at M&C Saatchi just they opened for business in Australia, helping to build a direct and digital group that was eventually recognized as one of the most creative BTL shops in the world, and working with names like BMW, Hewlett Packard and ANZ Bank to create award-winning, business-changing campaigns. But even today - as an Executive Vice President and EEMA Regional/Executive Creative Director (I really have too many titles!) one thing remain true: creativity and its power to change human behavior is at the heart of everything that truly matters in our business now more than ever.

Lau Geckler is the CEO of Geometry Global Moscow, an award-winning, multi-practice marketing agency.

Lau has over 20 years of experience in extensive international executive and board management, sales, marketing and advertising. Worked with a number of multinational FMCG and retail clients, providing expertise in trade- and shopper-marketing.

Lau joined Geometry Global Moscow in June 2015 from Yota Devices International where he was the COO. Before he was the COO at Combera International, one of the largest trade marketing holdings in Europe employing more than 22,000 people. During his career he also worked for Microsoft Corporation in Russia, Hewlett-Packard (covering EMEA, Russia, the Nordics) and IMSG, a big international marketing group based out of Russia.

Lau has an educational background in law, having studied at Copenhagen University. Lau is a Danish national and has been working and living in Russia since 2002.
