30 years ago I walked into my first job as a 19 year old copywriter in a six person agency above a Chinese restaurant in outer Melbourne, Australia. The clients: local car dealers and real estate agencies. It was here that I learned the value of ideas that do actually move people to action. Fast forward to today: since 2001 I have been privileged to work as a creative leader at Leo Burnett in global HQ in Chicago and since 2010 here in Moscow. Over that time my clients and their brands have truly spanned the globe - from Samsung to Starbucks, from Phillip Morris International to Coca-Cola, . Prior to joining Leo I was luck enough to be at M&C Saatchi just they opened for business in Australia, helping to build a direct and digital group that was eventually recognized as one of the most creative BTL shops in the world, and working with names like BMW, Hewlett Packard and ANZ Bank to create award-winning, business-changing campaigns. But even today - as an Executive Vice President and EEMA Regional/Executive Creative Director (I really have too many titles!) one thing remain true: creativity and its power to change human behavior is at the heart of everything that truly matters in our business now more than ever.

Eight years of advertising on the complex and adventurous Russian market, preceded by ten other in the self-ironic, creatively brave Romania and the ever emerging Eastern Europe, building world class and local brands for major advertising networks and top global clients.
Once an Architect, I started advertising as an Illustrator, then Art Director and Creative Director.
Did it all, dealt with everything - still, advertising looks to me more exciting now than ever.
My creative, art direction, design, architectural talents, translating into a complex technological + artistic + strategic + managerial approach to communication, make me a one-of-a-kind hybrid that would take out the best of any brief, from the big idea development to truly integrated campaigns.
Love working in multinational, cross-cultural teams - I am building international teams for 10 years, also dealing with TV, print and digital productions on 5 continents, working with professionals from 48 countries - production, agency and client side. Had also the chance to collaborate on set with superstars like Bruce Willis, Milla Jovovic, Aleksandr Ovechkin (captain of the Russian National Hockey Team).
I am awarded in all major European, regional and local festivals - Cannes Lions, New York Festivals, Epica, Eurobest, Golden Drum, Red Apple, AdPrint.
Been doing this for a long time: Creative Direction + Concept + Art Direction for integrated projects, Experiential Marketing, Graphic Design & Packaging, Branding & Identity, Creative Consultancy, Leading Creative Workouts of all sizes.
Always comfortable as Interior Designer, TV Commercials Director, Writer, Blogger.
No matter what, I'll stay a Problem Solver, a Human Being, Owner Of A Sense Of Humor, Always Curious.
